For example, if the price of a CD or DVD is CAD 12.95 and you want to obtain the price in British Pounds, divide 12.95 by 1.7109. Thus, according to Royal Bank of Canada, on Feb.7, 2010, CAD 12.95 = GBP 7.57, or CAD 12.95 = USD 11.85
